The Fiji Pearls finished in fourth place in the PacificAus Sports Netball Series after a 51-69 defeat to Tonga in the third and fourth place play-off.
Throughout the tournament, the Pearls showed a mix of performances. They displayed resilience in a thrilling 56-56 draw against First Nations Australia, coming back from a six-point deficit.
They also notched a 60-49 victory over Papua New Guinea.
However, they faced defeats against Samoa, Scotland, and reigning champions Tonga Tala in earlier matches.
Overall, the Pearls had some highs and lows in the series, but their efforts were commendable as they battled against tough opponents throughout the competition.
