Fiji Football Association clarifies salaries

The Fiji Football Association paid $699,927 in salaries and wages to its 45 employees in 2020.

This is stated in the Fiji FA’s annual report that will be presented to its Congress on December 12 in Lautoka.

Fiji FA report states salaries and wages bill in 2020 was $632,266 compared with $749,271 in 2019.

The Fiji FA paid $67,661 at the Fiji National Provident Fund deductions in 2020.

The annual report states Fiji FA’s four key management personnel were paid $22,800 in honorarium fees in 2020.

The annual report said 10 members of the board of control were remunerated “at approved rates” and that board member Aiyaz Musa provided his services free of charge.
