Police officers had to rush in order to contain the brawl that had erupted between the Police White 7s team and the Raiwasa Taveuni 7s team in their Cup Quarterfinal match. Picture: SUPPLIED

The last cup Quarterfinal match between Police White and Raiwasa Taveuni came into the limelight for all the wrong reasons.

Two red card was flashed to two Police White players as a direct result of an ugly brawl that occurred in the second half of the match.

Another four separate yellow cards was flashed to the Police White players during the course of the match while the Raiwasa Taveuni team received a single yellow card from the match referee.

The Raiwasa Taveuni 7s team gave their all and avenged their loss from last weekend’s semifinal clash against the Police White 7s team during the FRU Super 7s series leg 2.

Full time score 17-0 in favour of Raiwasa Taveuni.
