The Fiji boys under-12 team finished fifth after defeating Samoa during the 32nd Pacific Junior Oceania Tennis Championship underway at the Regional Tennis Court in Lautoka.
The side defeated Solomon Islands Boys 2-1 earlier in the semi-finals.
The Fiji girls U12 side qualified for the finals after beating Tahiti 2-1 on Friday. They face American Samoa in the final.
Sina Izumi of Fiji qualified for the final for the ninth position in the girls U16 singles after defeating Irin Chung of Northern Mariana Islands 6-4, 6-2.
Izumi now faces Agi Margaret Leoa of Solomon Islands in the final.
Papua New Guinea’s John Louis Domalaon defeated Fiji’s Frank Sun in the boys U14 singles 14 semi-finals for the ninth to 15th position 6-1, 6-3.
