A 35-year-old accused of causing the death of his one-year-old son had his case called this morning.
Sairusi Ceinaturaga appeared before High Court judge Justice Siainiu Fa’alogo Bull for his second bail application.
Mr Ceinaturaga faces a count each of assault and murder.
Appearing for the state is lawyer Unal Lal from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Ceinaturaga is currently unrepresented.
Case adjourned.
