Drua at their best at home games

Hurricanes captain Ardie Savea believes the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua outfit are at their best when playing at home.

The All Blacks flanker, who arrived into the country on Wednesday evening along with the rest of the Hurricanes squad said touring teams had really struggled against the Drua in their home games.

“There are teams that have come here and really struggled against the Drua and it would be a good battle this Saturday,” he said.

Savea, said he was excited to be in Fiji for the first time with the entire squad.

“I am really looking forward to the game. It will be very special and we await a good battle from the Drua.”

The lanky forward said he loved coming to Fiji and was excited to play in front of awesome Fijian fans.

“I love Fiji and it would be good for us as a team to play here,” he said.

The Fijian Drua and Hurricanes match kicks off at 2.05pm at the HFC Bank Stadium.
