It seems to be a two-way battle at the top of the Digicel Premier League points table after round five matches around the country yesterday.

Rewa, which went into the round leading at the top, still leads after an impressive 2-nil win against Nadi at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.

After a goalless first spell, Abbu Zaid proved to be the star of the match scoring two second-half goals.

The win puts Rewa on 13 points from four wins and a draw.

Suva, the only other undefeated side in the competition, also has 13 points, but trails Rewa on goal difference.

The Whites beat Nasinu 4-2 in a six-goal thriller in the Capital City yesterday.

Tailevu-Naitasiri moved into third spot with seven points after an upset 1-nil win against Navua at the Uprising Beach Resort Sports Complex.

A first-half strike by Sikeli Tuiloma was enough to give three points to the newly promoted side this season.

Nadroga registered its first win of the season at home, thanks to a penalty from Amani Makoe.

Labasa will have much work to do as it remains the only winless side in the competition after five rounds and sits at the bottom of the table with two points.

Results:

Nadi 0-2 Rewa, Nadroga 1-0 Labasa, Navua 0-1 Tailevu-Naitasiri, Suva 4-2 Nasinu
