Cuvu College remain unbeaten in the U18 Western Secondary Schools Rugby competition after edging Ba Provincial Free Bird Institute 24-21 in their latest round robin match yesterday at 4R Stadium.
The victory keeps Cuvu’s impressive run intact as teams continue to battle for a place in the top four and a spot in the national playoff.
Natabua High School also kept their qualification hopes alive with a dominant 81-0 win over Tilak High School, while Ratu Navula College secured a valuable 29-17 victory against Ba Methodist High School.
The final round of matches next week will determine the top four teams that will progress to the national playoff stage.
