Golfer from across Fiji and beyond will converge at Denarau Golf and Racquet Club on March 1 for the Cure Kids Fiji Open.

The event dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children. This tournament is part of the 2025 Big Drives for Little Lives initiative, a major fundraising effort to support children’s health programs in Fiji.

The Cure Kids Fiji Open is expected to attract top amateur and professional golfers, all playing for a cause, raising funds to fight rheumatic heart disease (RHD) and other serious health conditions affecting Fijian children.

With Cure Kids Fiji leading efforts in medical research, early screening, and treatment programs, this tournament plays a crucial role in sustaining those initiatives.

The tournament serves as a platform to raise awareness and rally support for Cure Kids Fiji’s mission.

Golf Fiji president Amitesh Chandra stressed the importance of community involvement in supporting young lives.

“Golf is a great way to bring people together, and through this event, we aim to make a lasting impact on children’s health in Fiji,” he said.
