Board members of Lekutu Secondary School in Bua on Vanua Levu will distribute supplementary worksheets to their 256 students.
School manager Ovini Baleinamau said teachers would prepare the worksheets today and have it delivered by this afternoon.
“We are assisting the teachers and prefer they remain in school compound instead of going out to villages to deliver the worksheets,” Mr Baleinamau said.
“So we have stepped in to help out and will be visiting the students and their parents today and tomorrow to hand out the worksheets.
“We are also urging all parents to assist their children during this school break and be vigilant in supervising them.”
