High Court judge Justice Salesi Temo last week ordered the destruction of 15kg of marijuana which were tendered during the trial of a Kadavu man who was found guilty of cultivating the drug.
Justice Temo also ordered the drugs be photographed first before it was destroyed.
He said the photos must be part of the record.
“Before the destruction, the drugs are to be photographed, and the photos to be part of the record,” he said.
