A MOBILE telecommunications company will now allow customers to access its new website free to get all the information they need on various products and services.
Vodafone Fiji Ltd launched its new website last night in Suva for its customers in Fiji and abroad to take advantage of enhanced online services and self-service portals.
To add to the milestone, the site was officially launched by Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan all the way from Cape Town, South Africa.
It will not only give its customers a new look and feel but also offer new applications to enhance customers’ online experience.
“The new website will allow customers to track their usage and check their balances and accounts in real-time,” said Rajnesh Prasad, Vodafone Fiji chief marketing officer.
“The enhanced eShop service, which is an online shopping portal, allows customers to conveniently purchase products and also benefit from deals exclusive to our website.
“With the fifth era of the mobile phone age, 4G in our hands, we are forging ahead with conviction, confidence, humility and fully being focused on realising the potential of an endless cross-platform development possibility to an increasingly connected Fiji and the Pacific,” he said.
