Five Squares recently launched a hire purchase easy credit last Saturday at their Nokonoko office in Laucala Beach.
Chief executive officer Anil Senewiratne said the idea came about when customers shopping at Five Squares were asking of hire purchase to make payments affordable.
“The launch is known as the Five Squares easy credit,” he said.
“Our team had put a lot of effort over the past months to get this product out in the market at 16 per cent.
“The 16 per cent higher purchase at Five Squares is the cheapest in the market as far as higher purchase interest rates are concerned.
“So it is one of the economic recovery plans that we wanted to complement.”
Mr Senewiratne said products sold at Five Squares had been marked down by 16 per cent for customers to enjoy.
“They will get 16 per cent on higher purchase paid on interest and also 16 per cent on the products we have slashed down.”
Mr Senewiratne said the promotion was valid for three months.
“So I urge the customers who want to have easy payment plans that are more affordable they could come to Five Squares.
“Depending on the market and customer needs will be coming out with innovative products to cater and fulfill customer desires.”
Five Square outlets are open for seven days a week at Nokonoko, Nadi and Lautoka office. The company currently employs 130 staff.
