A coastal inundation alert is now in force for the coastal areas of Sigatoka, Coral Coast, Serua/Namosi, Mamanuca Group, Malolo, Kadavu, Lau and Lomaiviti groups.
The Nadi weather office states sea flooding of these coastal areas is likely during high tides.
The high tide on Tuesday is 1.70m at 12:20am and 1.6m at 12:25pm.
On Wednesday the high tides are at 1.70m at 01:15am and 1.6m at 01:30pm.
Possible impacts include possible sea flooding of low-lying coastal areas, sea condition may be risky for marine-related, recreational activities and livelihood and debris may get washed along coastal areas and roadways.
