Chapter 7 blacked out: alleged crimes redacted in CoI inquiry report now under Police probe

A redacted part of the CoI report released yesterday

The whole of chapter seven in the Commission of Inquiry has been redacted, reveals the CoI report released yesterday by Government.

Chapter seven contains the names of individuals and the possible crimes they may have committed as highlighted by the Commission.

These allegations are now part of Police investigations.

According to Chapter 7 of the alleged CoI Report previously leaked online, potential offences relate to alleged abuse of office.

The chapter also outlines seven possible offences linked to PC (Practising Certificate) applications and statutory declarations by an individual

This individual is also implicated of two possible counts of perjury, one count of forgery, one offence related to electoral information, one count of witness tampering, one count of false representation, and one count of perverting the course of justice.
