Three men accused of killing Afroz Khan had their case called this morning at the High Court in Suva.
Edward Nand, Semi Naisevunivai, and Viliame Vulawalu, charged with murder appeared before Justice Pita Bulamainaivalu for mention.
Lawyer Unaisi Ratukalou from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions appeared for prosecutions.
While Lawyer Andala Dean from the Legal Aid Commission appeared for Nand, Mr Naisevunivai and Mr Vulawalu.
The case has been adjourned.
