A GLOBAL provider of call center services was rebranded in Suva on Wednesday night.
With its tag line Our People, Your Brand, Mindpearl Fiji rebranded its image.
Mindpearl Fiji general manager Mark Mahoney said the old brand had served well and they were proud of it.
“It’s our heritage now and in our DNA which represents the company for the past 15 years.
“It represents where we come from and the background as an airline specialist outsource contact centre.”
He said business had evolved and diversified, adding they had a client portfolio of about four to five airlines and this remained their field of specialty.
“Now we have telecommunication industry customers, management industry customers, insurance industry customers and the retail industry.”
He said the new brand would carry the company forward another 15 years.
