I recall the sage advice of President Nailatikau who instructed Fijians of Indian descent to adopt their local iTaukei chief and village as their own. Now finally after so many years I see it in action.
I find it a very positive and a heart-warming move to come together as one people strengthened and indivisible.
This will help tremendously in removing the hurt and suspicion when we start seeing ourselves as brothers and sisters from the same family
