Eastern State Blues coach Vulaono Dakuitoga is mixing youth with experience as he names a powerful line-up to take on the Western State Maroons in their Pherrus Vanua State of Origin tri-series opener tomorrow.
“This is their time, and I believe we have them focussed in where we want them,” Dakuitoga said during the team’s final session at Nadera ground today.
“I have selected a strong side to meet the Maroons, and I know the west will prepare the best that they have.”
“We will look for the win and I trust my boys to deliver.”
The match kicks off at ANZ Stadium at 5pm tomorrow.
