Birth, Deaths, Marriage office opens in Nausori

Update: 10:30AM THE Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration office is now open at the Nausori Government Service Centre to offer another convenient location for Fijians to access its services.

And Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says this will make important services available in more locations right around the country.

He also reminded Fijians who have never had their birth registered that the Government amnesty for late registrations is in effect until March 14.

“During this amnesty, Government is waiving the usual fee of $11.50 for registrations made more than 12 months after birth,” Mr Sayed-Khaiyum said.
