Magistrate Seini Puamau has today extended the bench warrant against suspended schoolteacher Kishore Kumar after he failed to show up in court again.
Mr Kumar is facing charges linked to the false allegations he made about possessing pornographic video featuring the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs Lenora Qereqeretabua.
The trial continues tomorrow.
