Update: 4:00PM PRESIDENT Jioje Konrote, Fiji Airways managing director and CEO Andre Viljoen and Rosie Holidays head Tony Whitton will officially welcome the historic Beijing-Nadi direct flight this evening.
The Fiji Airways Airbus A330-300 was scheduled to touch-down
at 6.15pm.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Island of
Rotuma will land at 8.15pm.
More than 300 passengers from the Chinese capital will
arrive on the flight.
