The death toll from the Baulevu Rd, Nausori house fire has risen to five, after Shivam Shivneel, who had been in critical condition at CWM Hospital, was confirmed dead.
His father-in-law, Rajesh Lal, confirmed to this newspaper the passing earlier today.
Shivneel had been admitted in critical condition following the fire that destroyed the family home in the early hours of this morning.
Police and fire officials continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
