Shop owners are out this morning cleaning the pavements in front of their shops in Ba town.
There is virtually nil business activity in the town as the Ba market remains closed and cleaning is yet to commence of the Central Business District.
The town was inundated with flood waters late yesterday afternoon and flood waters receded last night.
