Update: 2:02PM AN Australian Naval vessel conducting seabed mapping of the Fiji waters will arrive in Lautoka tomorrow afternoon.
HMAS Leeuwin arrives in Lautoka for the second
phase of its seabed mapping activities as part of its regional engagement with
the Republic of Fiji Military Forces via the Fiji Naval Division, and the Royal
Australian Navy.
Mapping surveys will be conducted from August 5 to August 7
in the vicinity of Lautoka and surrounding waters in partnership with the Fiji
Hydrographic Office.
