The Boxing Commission of Fiji (BCF) is looking to stage more professional programs this year.
BCF director Usman Ali was overwhelmed with the response for the South Pacific Promotions program which was held at Prince Charles Park in Nadi last Saturday.
Ali said all the bouts were very well set up. He said the fights on the night were of top notch after many years.
“There were two technical knockouts, one knockout, a draw and four win by points decisions,” Ali said.
“The first title fight between Nathan Singh and Ronald Naidu at was a TKO at the last moment. They were all toe to toe fights.
We appreciate the big crowd.
“BCF is looking to stage many more programs looking forward to the support from all the stakeholders.”
