Women’s Fund Fiji celebrated five years of supporting women-led initiatives and advancing gender equality in Fiji at a special anniversary event held at the Holiday Inn Suva on Tuesday night.
The gathering brought together partners, donors, government representatives and civil society organisations to reflect on the fund’s achievements and the impact of its work in communities.
The event recognised both long-standing and new partners for their contributions towards community development and strengthening women’s leadership at the grassroots level.
Chair of the Governance Board of Women’s Fund Fiji Patricia Naisara thanked supporters for their continued partnership, trust and investment in locally driven solutions.
She acknowledged the collective efforts of partners and stakeholders in creating opportunities for women and supporting organisations working to address gender equality challenges.
The celebration continued with fellowship, music and refreshments, as women and supporters came together to mark five years of collaboration, progress and shared commitment towards empowering women in Fiji.
