Fiji’s featherweight boxing champion Junior Binnu Singh has a case to prove when he fights Runqi Zhou next week for the WBA Oceania title.

Singh who has had 12 professional fights to his name is out to prove that there are better boxers in Fiji.

The 24-year-old may be travelling to Melbourne some time soon to get specialiased training due to the lack of sparring partners in Fiji.

Singh last fought in September last year where he defeated Krishnil Mudaliar at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka, winning the WBF Australasian title.

The fight is one of three where a title will be contested.

Mikaele Ravalaca will fight for the NZPBC Oriental Superfeatherweight title.

James Singh will take on Semi Dauloloma in a rematch for the Boxing Commission of Fiji Heavyweight title.
