The Housing Authority of Fiji has officially announced the appointment of Isikeli Navuda as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 1st October 2025.

Mr. Navuda brings with him more than 30 years of experience within the Authority, having previously served in various senior leadership roles including Acting CEO, General Manager Lending Operations, General Manager Land & Housing Development, and Manager Land Acquisition.

Chairperson of the Housing Authority Board, Ms. Sereana Qoro, welcomed the appointment, highlighting the urgent need for a results-driven leader.

“Mr. Navuda’s appointment has come at a time where Housing Authority needs a competent and experienced leader who has the ability to build a management team that is focused on the urgent delivery of residential lots and affordable homes,” Ms. Qoro said.

“We have a very demanding delivery target and we need a CEO who understands the urgency and has the ability to drive the management team, address operational efficiencies and achieve the delivery timelines for residential lots and ready-built homes.”

Mr. Navuda expressed his gratitude for the opportunity and reaffirmed his commitment to advancing the Authority’s mission.

“It is an honour to lead the Housing Authority during this season. I look forward to working with the management team, Housing Ministry and all stakeholders to accelerate the delivery of affordable housing solutions for our families,” he said.
