TWO changes in the starting line-up, apossible debutant and a change on the bench are what the FIJI Water Flying Fijians will run onto the field with tomorrow, when they face Scotland in their second July Test.
In the forwards, Mesake Doge will start in the number three jumper, stepping in for Peni Ravai who played against the Wallabies last week.
On the back-line, Sireli Maqala starts at right wing, filling in for Iosefo Baleiwairiki who also played last week.
Vilimoni Botitu will be a replacement player, filling in for Maqala from last week’s Test.
Sam Wye, who received his white jumper last week before the Test against the Wallabies in Newcastle, Australia, has been named on the bench and may have a potential debut tomorrow.
The Test will see a departure from the Josua Tuisova-Baleiwairiki combination seen last week and head coach Mick Byrne shared Maqala’s start is a chance for them to see how the Tuisova-Maqala infusion would turn out.
Meanwhile, captain Tevita Ikanivere will lead the team once more.
Philip Baselala who started off the bench and made his Flying Fijians debut last week in the 69th minute as a replacement for Simione Kuruvoli will not do so this week, with Wye stepping in.
This is the Flying Fijians second and final July Test, the first being against the Wallabies last week in Newcastle, where Fiji lost 18-21 in a sudden death finisher, due to the intervention of the television match official (TMO) in favour of the home team.
The match against Scotland kicks off at 3pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
