Communications Fiji Ltd (CFL) wrapped up a vibrant three-day celebration with a massive Gratitude Concert at Suva’s Albert Park on Saturday night, drawing in hundreds of people.

The concert, which marked the company’s 40th anniversary, was a tribute to the loyal listeners, past staff and partners who have shaped CFL over the past four decades.

CFL chairperson William Parkinson said the event was a heartfelt way to celebrate the organisation’s journey and honour everyone who has been part of it.

“We thought that we would take this moment on our 40th birthday to really celebrate with all the people that have made our organisation what it is today,” Mr Parkinson said.

“We try to make it all about family.

“This is a really special moment for us.”

The concert featured musical performances spanning CFL’s broadcast eras, from early artists such as Laisa Vulakoro, Seru Serevi and Steve Mccomber to newer talents like Kuki, Marama and Ciwa.
