Former diplomat and civil servant, Filimone Kau passed away on Sunday, his family has announced.
He had served as Fiji’s Ambassador to South Korea.
Mr Kau had also served as permanent secretary of the Ministry of Lands & Mineral Resources, head of public relations and media team of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji and Director of Information at the Ministry of Information.
The funeral will be held on Friday at 10am in Logani Bethel AOG, Tailevu.
“His family and beloved wife are grateful for the love and prayers especially in this grieving time,” stated a social media post.
“A dear friend, a loved uncle, brother, son, beloved father and loving husband.”
