LABASA, Lautoka, Rewa and Suva have booked their semi-final spots for the 2025 BiC Fiji FACT after varying finishes in their final group matches yesterday.

In the first semi-final, Group A winners Pacific Seafood Supplies Lautoka FC meets Extra Supermarket Labasa FC, the runner-up of Group B.

Labasa found their way through despite a 1-2 loss to Nadroga in their lats pool match.

Meanwhile, for Lautoka, their dominance from day one proved timely as they finished top of the Group A ahead of Rewa.

In the second semi-final, group B winner Stratum Construction Suva FC will meet group A runner-up Rewa, after the whites handed Bula Rentals & Tours Nadi FC a 5-0 defeat last night.

Two goals for the host side were scored by Joe Moses and one each by Ramzan Khan and Waisake Navunigasau Junior and one more from goalkeeper Akuila Mataisuva placed a penalty kick through.

Rewa was able to get through to the semi-finals despite their 0-1 to Lautoka in their final group match.

If Navua had won instead, the Delta Tigers would not have earned their semi-final spot.

Meanwhile, yesterday’s matches saw all teams attempt to place their best efforts through however the top two teams from groups A and B got through after three days of robust matches where crowd attendance was in great numbers.

The competition now takes a break before resuming this Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

Lautoka will meet Labasa at 2pm while Rewa meets Suva at 4.30pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

The final will be held on Sunday at 4pm.
