THE National Federation Party recorded an operating profit of $35,036 for its financial year ending December 31, 2024.
This is stated in its audited financial accounts submitted to the Fijian Elections Office on March 26.
The party received $61,042 in donations and $325,000 as parliament office resourcing that contributed towards the total income of $387,080 for the 2024 financial year.
NFP spent $352,044 during the year with $119,497 going towards salaries.
Other major expenses for the year were $60,319 for meetings and campaigns, and $37,970 for volunteers’ expenses.
At the time of submitting the accounts, NFP had $122,236 in three bank accounts.
The party also has property, plant and equipment valued at $684,375.
Key party executives listed are Parmod Chand as president, Kamal Iyer as general secretary and Chandrakant Lodhia as treasurer.
NFP paid out $37,970 in honorarium and allowance during the financial year.
