Visitor arrivals for April 2025 totalled 80,363, the Fiji Bureau of Statistics has said.
This is an increase of 25.9% compared to March 2025, which recorded a total of 63,842 arrivals.
Out of the 80,363, Australian tourists numbered 39,737 while 17,424 were New Zealanders and 8,429 came from USA.
Of the 80,363 visitors, 79,748 came by air while 615 came by sea.
For April 2025 visitors arriving for holiday purposes accounted for 80.4% of total arrivals, 7.9% came to visit their friends or relatives, 2.1% came for business purposes, while 9.6% visited Fiji for other reasons.
