Rodan said that their journey begins with grassroots club development, career pathways and the creation of a comprehensive Business Plan, Annual Income and Expenditure Proposal, and Marketing Strategy.
He further outlined plans to strengthen governance and operational capacity and says they will run the Tailevu Rugby Union as a business because most of their activities require sustainable financing.
