Fiji Rugby Union board member Cathy Wong has been voted as the president of FASANOC during its Annual General Assembly on Wednesday.
Wong replaces outgoing president Makarita Lenoa.
Ajay Ballu, Inoke Niubalavu and Lucy Erasito were elected as the three vice presidents.
Petero Vatu was elected unopposed as vice president of finance and Prem Narayan was elected for a one-year term as an Independent Legal Representative.
The Assembly also appointed key roles to support the organization’s governance. Dr. Robin Mitchell and Vidhya Lakhan were elected as Trustees, both being life members of FASANOC, Munroe Leys as the Honorary Solicitor, and KPMG as the Honorary Auditor, ensuring robust oversight, guidance and management.
