HOLY Trinity Anglican School was thrilled to host seven members of the Vodafone Fijiana XVs team yesterday.
Adi Salaseini Railumu, Repeka Tove, Atelaite Buna, Evivi Senikarivi, Rusila Nagasau, Merewairita Naivosa, Aloesi Nakoci, and Litiana Vueti visited the school, delighting students with their presence.
The students, who are passionate about rugby, were eager to meet the players and even had the opportunity to play touch rugby with them.
Autographs were signed, and photos were taken, bringing smiles to the students’ faces and inspiring dreams of becoming rugby players themselves.
PacificAus Sports also joined the event, generously giving away free rugby balls to the students.
The excitement continued to build as the Australian Wallaroos team is set to face the Fijiana XV on a historic first on Saturday, 5pm at HFC Bank Stadium.
This is the first of many Tests for Fijiana.
