The Labasa football side maintained its lead at the top of the Extra Premier League competition after a narrow 1-nil win over Nadi yesterday.
In other matches, Navua maintained the pressure on the leaders with a dominant 3-nil win over Tavua, and Ba registered it’s first win of the season with a 3-nil win over Lautoka.
Rewa registered it’s second win after a hard-fought 3-2 win over Suva while Nadroga thumped Nasinu 4-1.
Labasa leads the standings with 16 points followed by Navua on 12.
Nadroga is in third spot with 10 points with Suva on 8.
Nadi, Rewa and Nasinu have seven points each while Ba has five, Lautoka has three and Tavua on one point.
