FIJI is taking center stage at one of the most influential performance marketing and lead generation global event attracting thousands of decision-makers across industries, LeadsCon 2025 scheduled from April 7-9 in Las Vegas.

In a statement yesterday, Outsource Fiji said it is exhibiting alongside two of its industry service providers and members, Packleader BPO and Duco Consultancy to promote Fiji’s fast-growing outsourcing sector to US businesses, adding it was a timely opportunity to position Fiji as an offshore destination that offer more than just cost savings.

Outsource Fiji president Morika Hunter said Fiji is not just a beautiful island nation but also a strategic outsourcing destination.

“Our participation at this event aims to create awareness about Fiji, as well as offer US businesses an opportunity to diversify operations beyond traditional offshore destinations,” Ms Hunter said.

“Supported by a skilled, English-speaking workforce and a service culture shaped by decades of tourism experience.”

Duco Consultancy co-founder and chief executive officer Chandan Ohri said partnering with Outsource Fiji provided opportunity to promote a shift away from traditional offshoring models.

“As an IT consulting service provider currently operating in Fiji, we’re proud to showcase the incredible capabilities of Fijian talent at this global platform.

“While the US continues to advance rapidly in the tech space, we recognise that demand is growing and Fiji is well-positioned to meet that demand with high-quality IT services.

“Engaging with clients through events like LeadsCon not only highlights the industry’s strengths but also creates more career opportunities for Fijians in the IT sector, giving them greater access to meaningful, future-ready employment,” Mr Ohri said.

Packleader BPO co-founder Scott Hancox said the company is using the event to demonstrate how the Pacific can deliver performance at scale.

“We’re here to show that Fiji can provide world-class services with 24-hour operations, thanks to our time zone advantage.

“Our services are agile, aligned with US customer expectations and fully capable of delivering serious business results.

“Engaging US clients also helps fill night shifts in Fiji, an important move that increases operational capacity while creating more employment opportunities for locals, especially in underserved time slots,” Mr Hancox said.
