SUNFLOWER Aviation Ltd, a subsidiary of the Joyce Aviation Fiji Group, has announced its certification for the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard.

The company stated the achievement underscored its commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in its core areas of operation: domestic air charters, fixed base operations, and aircraft maintenance and support services.

“ISO certification is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards in the world,” it said in a statement issued this week.

“It verifies a company’s ability to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements, ensuring top-tier quality and continuous improvement.

“To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant, Sunflower Aviation underwent an extensive company-wide audit that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances.

“With this certification, Sunflower Aviation reaffirms its dedication to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across its diverse range of services.”

Joyce Aviation Fiji Group CEO Tim Joyce said the achievement was a testament to their team’s dedication and hard work.

“At Sunflower Aviation, we place safety, quality, and service at the forefront of everything we do,” he said.

“This certification not only highlights our commitment to maintaining the highest standards but also strengthens our position as a trusted provider of aviation services in Fiji and the Pacific region.”

Sunflower Aviation Limited specialises in air charters, scenic flights, fixed-base operations, aircraft maintenance, and support services.
