Shaenaz Voss was not the CEO of Fiji Link when the alleged aviation security breaches she has been charged with took place.
Her lawyer told Nausori Magistrate Viniti Prasad yesterday that he had evidence to support his claim.
The court also granted a request that Ms Voss be furnished a letter from the Immigration Department, stating that a travel ban initially set as a bail condition had been set aside.
The court had allowed Ms Voss to travel in July to visit her unwell mother in London.
