Prasad receives courtesy call from Malaysia envoy

Acting Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Professor Biman Prasad  has acknowledged the impactful programs that the Government of Fiji receives from the Government of Malaysia, which has played a pivotal role in advancing Fiji’s key economic sectors.

Prof. Biman highlighted this yesterday while receiving a courtesy visit from the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Fiji, Nor’Azam Bin Mohd Idrus.

He extended his congratulations to Mr  Nor’Azam on the presentation of credentials, emphasising the significance of the meeting to discuss vital issues pertaining to bilateral relations.

He also conveyed his appreciation and expressed eagerness for sustained collaboration and engagement and his well wishes to Mr Nor’Azam in his new assignment.
