FRCS chief executive resigns

Fiji Revenue and Customs Service CEO Mark Dixon has resigned.

A statement from the FRCS board said it had accepted Mr Dixon’s resignation today and would take effect on July 31, 2023.

FRCS Board chairman Malakai Naiyaga accepted the resignation and said the board fully understood the predicament that Mr Dixon had been in and respected the decision he had taken.

He said an announcement would be made prior to July 31, 2023, on the details of the FRCS leadership transition arrangements that would be in place during the period prior to the appointment of Mr Dixon’s replacement.
