A Training of Trainers program for the Introduction to Elections Module for all social science Year 10 teachers in Fiji is being organised by the Fijian Elections Office (FEO).
The FEO said in a statement the training was automated and would be hosted entirely online on the FEO’s virtual learning platform- eVuli, starting from August 23, 2021.
“Teachers can participate in this training at their own convenience from the comfort of their homes and complete the training within one month of enrolment,” the FEO stated.
“At the end of the training, teachers will be awarded certificates for their participation and achievement.”
To allow maximum participation, the registration deadline for the training is extended to August 31, 2021.
Starting from August 23, teachers can complete this Training of Trainers program within one month of enrolment.
The eVuli platform will be used by the FEO to provide capacity building and election-specific training to major stakeholders.
