A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers is expected to affect the country till later tonight.
This is according to the weather bulletin issued from the National Weather Forecasting Centre in Nadi this morning
The forecast to midnight tonight for the Fiji group expect occasional showers and few thunderstorms over most places.
Moderate northwest winds, gusty at times with moderate to rough seas.
The outlook for Friday expect cloudy periods with some showers and isolated thunderstorms over the eastern parts of Viti Levu, Vanua Levu, Taveuni , Kadavu, Lau and Lomaiviti group.
Elsewhere, fine apart from isolated afternoon or evening showers and possible thunderstorms.
