This year has been a challenging year for everyone and certainly for Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, has specifically planned list of activities, special events and amazing deals for our local market who has been very supportive in booking with us.
The aim is to make it a memorable holiday for all families, friends and couples alike. The general manager Charles Homsy said “Celebrating Christmas and New Years in a resort is always magical and we are happy to have the opportunity to provide and share the experience to our domestic market.”
Here’s a list of festivities Fiji’s renowned family resort has planning for the school holidays leading into Christmas and New Year’s.
1. Gift wrapping station: December 19-24- parents are welcome to come along with their gifts and have the elves wrap the Christmas presents. For each gift wrapped there will be a $2 contribution towards the Radisson Blu Resort Responsible Business program.

2. Photo with Santa: December 19-24 from 3pm – 4.30pm in the lobby. Photo memories with Santa by the Christmas tree. Parents bring your cameras and snap some Christmas memories with the kids. $3 if you wish to have a printed photo.
3. Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24, 2020.
• 5pm – 7pm: Santa’s elves milk and cookies drop, Santa’s Little Helpers will be delivering milk and cookies to all rooms.
• 7pm – 8.30pm at the Ocean Deck: Carols by candle light with storytelling.
4. Christmas Day on Friday, December 25, 2020:
• 7am Santa Christmas Present Delivery.
• 11am Santa’s Arrival at Radisson Beach-front.
• 11:30am – 4.30pm at the Ocean Deck & Poolside: Santa’s Jingle Bell Jam DJ from the North Pole making an appearance poolside with beats for the afternoon.
• 12pm – 3pm Blu Bar & Grill : Tropical Christmas Bbq Lunch and children under four-years-old eat for free. Festivities begin here! On Christmas day, we offer a light Bbq poolside lunch. Perfect for the balmy tropical weather featuring a choice of Bbq meats and seafood, delicious salads and dessert.
• 5.30pm Blu Bar & Grill : Extravaganza Christmas Buffet Dinner children under four eat for free.
• Celebrate Christmas night with an extravagant festive buffet. Feast on a mouthwatering selection of Christmas meats and seafood. Featuring a live band while enjoying Christmas dinner with family and friends.
5. Boxing Day from Saturday, December 26 – Monday, December 28, 2020
• 11am – 5pm Christmas Olympics. Our activities team will line up fun activities from the beach to the pool, wet and dry, fast and extra slow for young and old with prices to be won.
• Live cooking stations from our kitchen team and refreshing drinks from our service team will be ready for an exciting lunch with delicious options.
6. New Year’s Eve White Night on Thursday, December 31

• Buy bundled with rooms: Children are regarded as those between the ages of 5-16yrs and 0-5yrs are free. Dress code: White – Wear your best themed outfit to impress and win prizes. Prizes includes
• Two celebratory drinks
• Buffet night dinner: Mediterranean Cuisine Culinary delights of rich Mediterranean food stations to impress every palate from Lebanese, Italian, French, Spanish and Greek cuisine.

• Fireworks (weather permit) 7. New Year’s Eve Kids Disco on Thursday, December 31
• $5 per child every hour from 9pm – 12 am.
• 6:00-9:00pm Includes kids buffet dinner and prizes can be won for best dressed.
• Available to children aged between 4 – 12 years.
