A HINDU outfit has submitted a memorandum to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) demanding ban on the movie Ragini MMS 2 starring Sunny Leone and also pressed for deportation of the porn star turned actress from India.
The outfit called Hindu Janjagruti Samiti (HJS) terming the movie Ragini MMS 2 as “an assault on Bharatiya culture” threatened to launch agitations in front of cinema halls if the movie is not banned.
According to the outfit, the movie Ragini MMS 2 will increase communal tension as it starts with chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa which is sacred to the Hindu community.
“Notorious pornstar Sunny Leone plays the lead role in the film and by making use of Shri Hanuman, religious sentiments of Hindus have been hurt a lot,” the outfit stated in the memorandum.
