Update: 10:34AM THE University of the South Pacific will hold a graduation ceremony for students from the College of Foundation Studies (CFS) this morning.
USPs pro vice-chancellor Research and International Professor John Bythell will be the chief guest at the event which starts at 10am at the FMF Gymnasium.
