THE Lautoka Club will start its 2020 snooker season with the BSP Life-sponsored championship this Saturday.
The one-day event is expected to attract top players like former Fiji champion Suresh Chauhan, former Fiji veteran’s champion Philip Gock, five-time Fiji B Grade champion Salen Gounder, former A Grade champion Nitesh Chand, and North West doubles champions Simon Reddy and Tony Cen.
Lautoka Club snooker coordinator Ajesh Chand said they were starting the season early so they could build a strong team for the North West Billiards and Snooker Association league competition.
The championship will begin at 10am.
